DG MAP Junior Engineer (B/R and QS&C) Recruitment 2026

There are 04 (four) Junior Engineer vacancies, in the disciplines of B/R (Building & Roads / Civil) and QS&C (Quantity Surveying & Contracts), to be engaged on a contractual basis for one year at HQ DG MAP.

कुल 04 (चार) जूनियर इंजीनियर रिक्तियाँ हैं, जो B/R (बिल्डिंग एवं रोड्स / सिविल) तथा QS&C (क्वांटिटी सर्वेइंग एवं कॉन्ट्रैक्ट्स) विधाओं में HQ DG MAP में एक वर्ष के संविदा आधार पर हैं।

The upper age limit is 65 years, reckoned as on the last date of receiving applications. This high age limit makes the engagement well suited to experienced and retired engineering professionals.

अधिकतम आयु सीमा 65 वर्ष है, जो आवेदन प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि के अनुसार गिनी जाती है। यह अधिक आयु सीमा इस नियुक्ति को अनुभवी एवं सेवानिवृत्त इंजीनियरिंग पेशेवरों के लिए उपयुक्त बनाती है।

A consolidated package of approximately Rs. 50,000/- per month will be paid. It is a fixed monthly amount for the one-year contractual engagement and is not a regular pay-scale post.

Candidates generally need a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (for B/R) or in Civil/Quantity Surveying or an equivalent relevant discipline (for QS&C), along with relevant work experience. DG MAP stands for Director General Married Accommodation Project. It functions under the Engineer-in-Chief's (E-in-C's) Branch, Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army), and is responsible for construction of married accommodation (housing) for defence personnel.
