We want you to subscribe with confidence. This policy explains exactly when and how you can cancel a Govt Exam Center subscription and get your money back.

7-Day Full Refund — No Questions Asked

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription (Pro or Pro+), you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment — no questions asked. यदि आप संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो भुगतान के 7 दिनों के भीतर पूरा रिफंड पाएं।

How to Request a Refund

Email support@govtexamcenter.comfrom your registered email with the subject "Refund Request" and your payment ID (visible in your dashboard under My Membership). That is all we need.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Razorpay typically credits the amount within 5–7 working days of initiation; card refunds can occasionally take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Cancellation After 7 Days

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation after the 7-day refund window stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial or pro-rata refunds are given after the 7-day window.

Free Services

Job notifications, current affairs, daily quizzes and free practice tests are free — nothing to cancel or refund. The form-filling service (₹50–150) is charged only after the work is completed; if we fail to deliver the service, you pay nothing.
