About the Job / नौकरी के बारे में
The Office of the Competent Authority & Administrator, SAFEMA / NDPSA / PBPTA, under the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India, Mumbai, has issued Vacancy Circular No. 01/2026 inviting applications from eligible candidates working in Central or State Government Departments or Organizations to fill two posts on deputation / absorption basis. The two posts are: (1) Inspector - 1 post in the Pay Band 2, Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200 (Level 6 of the Pay Matrix of the 7th CPC), and (2) Assistant - 1 post in the Pay Band 2, Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200 (Level 6 of the Pay Matrix of the 7th CPC). For the Inspector post, eligibility is open to Inspectors of Income Tax or Customs and Central Excise or Narcotics (CBN/CBI), Assistant Enforcement Officers or Sub-Inspectors of Police (CBI), or to Head Clerks / Tax Assistants / Upper Division Clerks of Income Tax, Central Excise and Customs Departments who have qualified the Departmental Examination for Income Tax, Customs Act, Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act and Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, with departmental candidates given preference. For the Assistant post, eligibility is open to officers of the Central or State Government Departments or Organizations holding analogous posts, or Upper Division Clerks of the Central or State Government Departments / Organizations or of Income Tax / Central Excise or Customs Commissionerates or Directorates of Narcotics in the pay scale Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2400 and 8 years of service in the grade. The period of deputation including the period in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding ordinarily does not exceed three years, with a maximum age limit of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Departmental officers in the feeder category in the direct line of deputation are governed by the DoPT OM dated 17.06.2010. Applications complete in all respects must reach the office through proper channel within 60 days from the date of publication of the circular in Employment News.
वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग, भारत सरकार के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी व प्रशासक कार्यालय, SAFEMA / NDPSA / PBPTA, मुंबई ने रिक्ति परिपत्र संख्या 01/2026 जारी कर केंद्र या राज्य सरकार के विभागों या संगठनों में कार्यरत पात्र उम्मीदवारों से प्रतिनियुक्ति / आमेलन (अवशोषण) आधार पर दो पद भरने हेतु आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। दो पद हैं: (1) इंस्पेक्टर - 1 पद, वेतन बैंड 2, वेतनमान रु. 9300-34800 ग्रेड पे रु. 4200 (7वें वेतन आयोग के वेतन मैट्रिक्स का स्तर 6), तथा (2) सहायक - 1 पद, वेतन बैंड 2, वेतनमान रु. 9300-34800 ग्रेड पे रु. 4200 (7वें वेतन आयोग के वेतन मैट्रिक्स का स्तर 6)। इंस्पेक्टर पद के लिए आयकर या सीमा शुल्क एवं केंद्रीय उत्पाद या नारकोटिक्स (केंद्रीय नारकोटिक्स ब्यूरो / सीबीआई) के इंस्पेक्टर, सहायक प्रवर्तन अधिकारी या पुलिस उप-निरीक्षक (सीबीआई), अथवा आयकर, केंद्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क विभागों के हेड क्लर्क / कर सहायक / उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक जो आयकर, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, विदेशी मुद्रा अनुरक्षण अधिनियम तथा नारकोटिक्स ड्रग्स एवं साइकोट्रोपिक सब्सटेंसेज अधिनियम की विभागीय परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हैं, पात्र हैं; विभागीय उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी। सहायक पद के लिए केंद्र या राज्य सरकार के विभागों / संगठनों में समकक्ष पद धारित अधिकारी, अथवा केंद्र/राज्य सरकार या आयकर / केंद्रीय उत्पाद या सीमा शुल्क आयुक्तालयों या नारकोटिक्स निदेशालयों के उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक जो वेतनमान रु. 5200-20200 ग्रेड पे रु. 2400 में हों तथा उस ग्रेड में 8 वर्ष की सेवा रखते हों, पात्र हैं। प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सामान्यतः तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी तथा अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि को 56 वर्ष है। प्रतिनियुक्ति की सीधी रेखा में फीडर श्रेणी के विभागीय अधिकारी डीओपीटी के दिनांक 17.06.2010 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन से शासित होंगे। सभी प्रकार से पूर्ण आवेदन उचित माध्यम से परिपत्र के रोजगार समाचार में प्रकाशन की तिथि से 60 दिनों के भीतर कार्यालय पहुंच जाने चाहिए।
