No. As of mid-July 2026 the admit card has not been released. It will be issued only online — download it via SSO login or from recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in/rectlogingetadmitcard once RSSB announces the release on its website and in newspapers. No admit card is sent by post.

No. The online application window ran from 25 May to 23 June 2026, and the post-closing correction window (₹300 fee) ended on 26 June 2026. No new applications are being accepted now. Candidates who applied will get a further 7-day correction window after the exam for non-core entries.

There are 3,951 vacancies in total as per the official advertisement: 322 Senior Computer Instructor posts (300 in Secondary Education + 22 in Sanskrit Education) and 3,629 Basic Computer Instructor posts (3,415 in Secondary Education + 214 in Sanskrit Education), with separate Non-TSP and TSP area quotas.

आधिकारिक विज्ञापन के अनुसार कुल 3,951 रिक्तियाँ हैं: वरिष्ठ कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक के 322 पद (300 माध्यमिक शिक्षा + 22 संस्कृत शिक्षा) और बेसिक कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक के 3,629 पद (3,415 माध्यमिक शिक्षा + 214 संस्कृत शिक्षा), जिनमें Non-TSP और TSP क्षेत्र के अलग-अलग कोटे हैं।

Each post has two MCQ papers of 100 questions, 100 marks and 2 hours each (200 marks total). Paper I covers Rajasthan's art & culture, history, geography, general science and current affairs plus general ability; Paper II covers the subject concerned, including Pedagogy and computer science topics. Every wrong answer costs 1/3 mark, each question has five options A-E ('E' must be darkened for skipped questions), and the minimum qualifying marks are 40% per paper (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST).

Basic Computer Instructor is placed in Pay Matrix Level-8 and Senior Computer Instructor in Pay Matrix Level-10 of the Rajasthan government pay matrix, plus admissible allowances. New recruits serve a two-year probation on fixed monthly remuneration as per state rules, after which the regular pay scale and the state pension scheme apply.

बेसिक कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक को राजस्थान सरकार के पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल-8 में और वरिष्ठ कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक को लेवल-10 में वेतन मिलेगा, साथ में देय भत्ते। नवनियुक्त कर्मचारी राज्य नियमों के अनुसार दो वर्ष की परिवीक्षा पर मासिक नियत पारिश्रमिक पाते हैं, जिसके बाद नियमित वेतन शृंखला और राज्य पेंशन योजना लागू होती है।

Under Rajasthan's one-time registration (OTR) system, the fee was ₹600 for General and Creamy Layer OBC/MBC candidates, and ₹400 for Rajasthan's OBC-NCL/MBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST and for all PwBD candidates. Those who had already paid the OTR fee earlier did not need to pay again.

Selection is based on the written examination (200 marks), followed by a provisional merit list, eligibility check and document verification of shortlisted candidates, and the final merit list with department allotment (Secondary or Sanskrit Education) on merit-cum-priority basis. The exam scheme prescribes only the written examination — no interview is specified.
