National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC), a Mini Ratna Category-I and Schedule 'B' CPSU under the Government of India and a subsidiary of WAPCOS, is engaged in engineering, construction, planning, operation and project management. The Corporation invites applications for two top-level tentative (current/backlog) positions: Executive Director (Engg.) in IDA pay scale E-8 (₹1,20,000–2,80,000), one tentative vacancy reserved for UR-2, and General Manager (HR) in IDA pay scale E-6 (₹90,000–2,40,000), one tentative vacancy reserved for UR-1. The Executive Director post requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PG/M.Tech preferred) with 22 years of post-qualification experience, while the General Manager (HR) post requires an MBA or PG degree/diploma with specialisation in HR/Personnel Management and 18 years of experience.
