About the Job / नौकरी के बारे में
The North Eastern Council (NEC) Secretariat, Nongrim Hills, Shillong - 793003, functioning under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Government of India, has issued advertisement No. ADMN-12012(11)/2/2025-ADMN dated 20th May 2026 inviting applications from eligible and suitable officers to fill up 01 (one) post of Research Officer (Industries) on deputation basis (including short-term contract / deputation or re-employment for Armed Forces Personnel). The post carries Pay Level-10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500). The pay and other terms and conditions of deputation are governed by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time. Cadre Authorities / Heads of Departments are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing officers whose services can be spared, on a deputation basis, within 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News. The post is meant to deal with matters relating to promotion and development of industries in the North Eastern Region and to assist the Director (Tourism and Industries) in matters relating to industries and allied matters. Eligibility (Method of Recruitment) is by deputation: officers of the Central Government / State Governments / Union Territory Administration / autonomous body / statutory organization / public sector undertaking / recognized university or recognized research institute who hold an analogous post on regular basis, or have rendered five years service in Level-9 (Rs.53,100-1,67,800), or four years service in Level-8 (Rs.47,600-1,51,100) in the parent cadre or department; and who possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent plus five years experience in promotion and development of industries. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application, and the period of deputation ordinarily does not exceed three years. Candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र विकास मंत्रालय (DoNER), भारत सरकार के अधीन कार्यरत उत्तर-पूर्वी परिषद (NEC) सचिवालय, नांग्रिम हिल्स, शिलांग - 793003 ने विज्ञापन संख्या ADMN-12012(11)/2/2025-ADMN दिनांक 20 मई 2026 जारी कर प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार (अल्पकालिक संविदा सहित / सशस्त्र बल कार्मिकों हेतु प्रतिनियुक्ति या पुनर्नियोजन) पर अनुसंधान अधिकारी (उद्योग) के 01 (एक) पद को भरने के लिए योग्य एवं उपयुक्त अधिकारियों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। यह पद वेतन मैट्रिक्स में लेवल-10 (रु.56,100 - 1,77,500) वहन करता है। वेतन तथा प्रतिनियुक्ति की अन्य शर्तें कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (DoPT) के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) दिनांक 17.06.2010 (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित) द्वारा शासित होंगी। कैडर प्राधिकारी / विभागाध्यक्ष से अनुरोध है कि ऐसे योग्य एवं इच्छुक अधिकारियों के आवेदन, जिनकी सेवाएं छोड़ी जा सकती हों, रोजगार समाचार में विज्ञापन प्रकाशन की तिथि से 60 दिनों के भीतर अग्रेषित करें। यह पद पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में उद्योगों के संवर्धन एवं विकास संबंधी मामलों को देखने तथा उद्योग एवं संबद्ध मामलों में निदेशक (पर्यटन एवं उद्योग) की सहायता करने हेतु है। पात्रता (भर्ती की पद्धति) प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा है: केंद्र सरकार / राज्य सरकारों / संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन / स्वायत्त निकाय / सांविधिक संगठन / सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उपक्रम / मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या अनुसंधान संस्थान के ऐसे अधिकारी जो मूल कैडर/विभाग में नियमित आधार पर समकक्ष पद धारण करते हों, अथवा लेवल-9 (रु.53,100-1,67,800) में पांच वर्ष की सेवा, अथवा लेवल-8 (रु.47,600-1,51,100) में चार वर्ष की सेवा कर चुके हों; तथा जिनके पास मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री या समकक्ष एवं उद्योगों के संवर्धन व विकास में पांच वर्ष का अनुभव हो। प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति की अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए तथा प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सामान्यतः तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी। आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार बाद में अपनी उम्मीदवारी वापस नहीं ले सकेंगे। निर्धारित आवेदन प्रपत्र / बायोडाटा प्रोफार्मा (अनुलग्नक-II) एवं अन्य विवरण आधिकारिक NEC वेबसाइट https://necouncil.gov.in से डाउनलोड किए जा सकते हैं।

Cadre Authorities / Heads of Departments should forward the applications of eligible officers whose services can be spared, on deputation basis, within 60 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.
2. Download the prescribed Application Form / Curriculum Vitae Proforma (Annexure-II) and other relevant details from the official NEC website https://necouncil.gov.in.
3. The following enclosures MUST accompany the application:
(i) Application in the prescribed format (Annexure-II), duly completed and signed by the candidate, countersigned and sealed by the Cadre / Appointing authority.
(ii) Attested copies of ACRs / APARs for the last 5 (five) years, duly attested on each page with seal by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India or equivalent.
(iii) Integrity Certificate.
(iv) Vigilance Clearance.
(v) Major or Minor Penalty Certificate for the last 10 years of service.
(vi) Cadre Clearance Certificate.
(vii) A certificate to the effect that the particulars furnished by the candidate have been verified and found correct as per service records.
(viii) Self-attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications.
