6. NET-equivalent qualifications: Any national-level examination conducted by the Central Government departments/agencies for admission to the Ph.D. programme is considered equivalent to NET. The following are equated to NET for the above positions:
i. CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test including NET-Lectureship.

1. पात्र भारतीय नागरिक केवल ऑनलाइन ही आवेदन करें। आधिकारिक ISRO वेबसाइट http://www.isro.gov.in पर जाकर "Career" अनुभाग में जाएँ, जहाँ विस्तृत विज्ञापन तथा ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया उपलब्ध है।
2. विज्ञापन संख्या URSC:02/2026 हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन 12.06.2026 (ऑनलाइन आवेदन की आरंभ तिथि) को खुलेंगे तथा 11.07.2026 (ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि) को बंद होंगे।
3. आवेदन जमा करने से पूर्व अपनी अनिवार्य न्यूनतम योग्यता के अनुसार उपयुक्त पद संख्या (JRF-E1 से JRF-E13 या JRF-M1 से JRF-M3) चुनें।
4. सुनिश्चित करें कि आप अपनी स्ट्रीम के शैक्षणिक मानक को पूरा करते हैं:
- M.E./M.Tech पद: प्रथम श्रेणी में कुल न्यूनतम 60% अथवा 10-बिंदु पैमाने पर 6.5 CGPA/CPI।
- M.Sc पद (पद संख्या JRF-E13): सभी सेमेस्टर का न्यूनतम 65% औसत अथवा 10-बिंदु पैमाने पर 6.84 CGPA/CPI।
5. अभ्यर्थी को इसके अतिरिक्त राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षाओं (CSIR-UGC-NET सहित लेक्चरशिप/असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसरशिप, या GATE) के माध्यम से अर्हता प्राप्त होनी चाहिए, अथवा DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER आदि केंद्र सरकार के विभागों/एजेंसियों/संस्थानों द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षाओं के माध्यम से चयनित होना चाहिए।
6. NET-समकक्ष योग्यताएँ: पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु केंद्र सरकार के विभागों/एजेंसियों द्वारा आयोजित कोई भी राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षा NET के समकक्ष मानी जाती है। उपरोक्त पदों हेतु निम्नलिखित को NET के समकक्ष माना गया है:
i. CSIR-UGC राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा सहित NET-लेक्चरशिप।
ii. MHRD द्वारा आयोजित ग्रेजुएट एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट इन इंजीनियरिंग (GATE)।
iii. MHRD द्वारा आयोजित जॉइंट एडमिशन टेस्ट (JAM)।
iv. जॉइंट एंट्रेंस स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट (JEST)।
v. DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER आदि केंद्र सरकार के विभागों/एजेंसियों द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षाओं के माध्यम से चयनित।
7. आयु: 11.07.2026 (ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि) को अधिकतम 28 वर्ष। आयु में छूट भारत सरकार के आदेशानुसार।
