Eligibility
A BE/B.Tech degree (min 60% marks) in the discipline specified for the chosen entry; the Logistics and Education entries accept specified First-Class or postgraduate qualifications. Candidates must be unmarried and meet the Navy's age and medical standards. Date-of-birth windows vary by entry (broadly 02 Jul 2002 – 01 Jan 2008; Pilot/Observer to 01 Jul 2008; ATC/Education to 01 Jul 2006).
Pay
Officers are commissioned at Level 10 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) plus Military Service Pay and allowances.

Shortlisting on normalised degree marks → SSB interview (Stage I & II) → medical examination → final merit list.
