The Indian Institute of Management Shillong (IIM Shillong), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has invited online applications for the post of Joint General Manager (Finance). There is one (01) Un-Reserved post, carrying a scale of pay of Level-13 with an initial Basic Pay of ₹1,23,100 (7th CPC). The essential qualification is Fellow/Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 years of similar work experience, of which at least either 15 years in Pay Level-11 and above, or 8 years in Pay Level-12 and above, or 3 years in Pay Level-13 in Government/PSU or equivalent in Industry. The selected candidate will be overall in charge of the Finance and Accounts Office, responsible for maintenance of accounts, disbursement, investment, statutory auditing, preparing budget estimates and tax, and other statutory requirements as assigned.
