There are a total of 82 Assistant Professor (on Contract) posts under the University Funded (UF) and Self Finance Scheme (SFS), spread across engineering, technology, science, humanities, computer applications, pharmacy, forensic science and management departments.

विश्वविद्यालय वित्त पोषित (UF) एवं स्ववित्तपोषित योजना (SFS) के अंतर्गत असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर (संविदा) के कुल 82 पद हैं, जो इंजीनियरिंग, टेक्नोलॉजी, विज्ञान, मानविकी, कंप्यूटर एप्लिकेशन, फार्मेसी, फोरेंसिक साइंस एवं प्रबंधन विभागों में हैं।

The last date to submit the complete online application along with documents is 26 June 2026 (Thursday) up to 05:00 PM. Applications are accepted in online mode only through the Samarth portal.

The application fee is Rs. 1000/- for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates, payable online. The fee once paid is non-refundable. (Some aggregator sites quote higher figures such as Rs. 2000/1500 - that is incorrect; the official notice states Rs. 1000/500.)

The remuneration is a fixed consolidated amount of Rs. 57,700/- per month. The engagement is purely contractual and does not carry a pay scale, DA or other allowances, and confers no right to regular appointment.

Selection is based on academic / API score evaluation, a Written Test (objective/MCQ type, tentatively on 19 July 2026) and an Interview. Selected candidates must sign a contract agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp paper before joining.
