Nature of Engagement and Pay
All 12 posts are on a contractual basis for one year, renewable for a further year (or until the maximum age for the post) subject to performance. The remuneration is a fixed consolidated amount: ₹95,000 per month for officer-level posts (OIC, Medical Officer, Dental Officer), ₹36,500 for para-medical posts (Nursing Assistant, Dental Assistant, Pharmacist, Lab Technician) and ₹21,800 for non-medical posts (Peon, Female Attendant). These are not regular government posts and do not carry the 7th CPC pay matrix or pension benefits.
